The scenery around the hotel was breathtaking and the pool was well maintained. Although the breakfast had limited options, the food served was tasty. the staff was polite and accommodating.

The exorbitant room rates did not justify the ordinary stay. Room service was tardy and insufficient.

We had an amazing stay at Vythiri Holiday Resort. The view of the mountains and rolling clouds as we approached the resort was breathtaking. The lobby was welcoming with its large windows and the staff greeted us with delicious ginger tea and red roses. Our 2-bedroom villa had a fantastic view and was very comfortable. The food was delicious and the service from Mr. Praveen and Albin was impeccable. The cooking class with Chef Amalraj was a fun experience. Ramesh took us on a beautiful walk in the tea plantation and even organized a surprise for my birthday. The friendly staff made our stay outstanding. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Spent my Christmas holidays in a beautiful resort nestled in the dense forest. The perfect location for those who want to enjoy complete peace and relaxation. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of natural light and amazing views of the forest. The staff is always ready to help, and the food is delicious with a variety of dishes. The resort is huge, and one can enjoy their morning and evening walks with bird watching and feeling the fresh air. The resort is in a prime location, near the main town and tourist attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the area.

The resort was quite expensive, and some amenities were not up to the mark. They could improve the WiFi connectivity, which was slow and sometimes not working at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The service provided here is top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and accommodating. They catered to all my requests and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The manager, front office staff, and restaurant staff were all very attentive and helpful. The food served at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and I was impressed with the quality of the dishes.

Although some facilities mentioned on the website were not available during my stay, I still highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
